We handpick the best national organic lemons... and their vibrant peels are left to macerate with grape brandy, obtained by distilling top quality wines using a combination of traditional techniques and copper distillation columns, which guarantee the genuineness of the flavors and preservation of the aromas.
As the peels macerate over several weeks, the brandy absorbs their fresh, zesty flavor.
With meticulous care, we add water and sugar to the initial must. The mixture is then carefully filtered to remove any impurities, mirroring the precision and finesse of navigating the darkest waters.
Finally, following our sustainable practices and the spirit of preservation, we bottle the exquisite liqueur in vessels crafted from recycled glass, ready to be shared and savored by those who seek adventure and delight in every sip.
